ISLAMABAD, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- Energy starved Pakistan and the natural resources rich Turkmenistan have revived the multi-billion Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline after almost 12 years of stalemate as officials of the two countries initiated the Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) on Monday.
