ASHGABAT, July 7 (TrendNews) -- A coordinating council of Azerbaijani diaspora  organizations will open in Central Asia by late 2012, Chairman Nazim Ibrahimov said at a press conference to mark the 10th anniversary of the State Committee for Diaspora today.
