DUSHANBE, July 15 (Asia-Plus) -- A consortium led by Glencore International plc’s  Kaztsink has remained the only contender for Tajikistan’s silver field after BHP Billiton Limited (Anglo-Australian multinational mining, oil and gas company) has withdrawn its bid.
