ASHGABAT, June 14 (Turkmenistan.ru) -- President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly  Berdimuhamedov signed a decree establishing an industrial park – a modern complex that combines research and educational institutions, industrial facilities and business centers – in the town Bikrova in the outskirts of Ashgabat.
