21/12/2011 - CSTO cannot help its members without their request - Lavrov

MOSCOW,  Dec 21 (Interfax).  The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) can undertake any actions, including the use of its Collective Operational Reaction Force (CORF), only at one of its members' request, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
