CSTO foreign, defense ministers, Security Council secretaries to meet in Moscow

MOSCOW, Dec 14 (Interfax-AVN). A joint session of the Foreign Ministers Council, the Defense Ministers Council and the Committee of Security Council Secretaries of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states will be held in Moscow on December 19.
"It will address an agenda for the next session of the CSTO Collective Security Council, as well as draft documents to develop the crisis response system, improve the effectiveness of military cooperation and implement agreements reached at an informal meeting of the leaders of CSTO member states in Astana on August 12, 2011," CSTO spokesman Vladimir Zainetdinov told Interfax-AVN on Tuesday.
Other topics include the organization's priorities during Kazakhstan's upcoming CSTO chairmanship, as well as a program of events marking the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Collective Security Treaty and the 10th anniversary of the CSTO's establishment, he said.
