DUSHANBE (TCA) — The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is aiming to help households and businesses in Tajikistan cope with the effects of climate change through a loan to Humo, the third-largest non-bank microfinance institution (MFI) in Tajikistan.
