KABUL (TCA) — The fourth conference of Afghanistan-Central Asia dialogue is taking place in Afghanistan’s Bamiyan province on July 14 and 15 with the participation of high ranking Central Asian and Afghan officials including Afghanistan’s Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah, TOLOnews agency reported.
