Afghanistan to construct hospitals, procure medical supplies financed by ADB

KABUL (TCA) — Afghanistan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on September 2 witnessed the signing of three agreements totaling $23.95 million financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to construct hospitals and procure essential medical supplies to support Afghanistan’s national health system response to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
