TASHKENT (TCA) — Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has instructed the government to conduct an inventory of various exemptions and preferences that are affecting competitiveness and market mechanisms, Xinhua news agency reported citing a presidential decree published on October 28.
