KABUL — The 48th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is taking place in Islamabad, Pakistan on March 22-23. On the first day, participants discussed a range of issues, including Afghanistan, Afghan broadcaster TOLOnews reported.
