NUR-SULTAN — Kazakhstan has lifted restrictions at its land borders with Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, ending unprecedented curbs on nonessential travelers in place since March 2020 to address the COVID-19 pandemic, RFE/RL reported.
