NUR-SULTAN — Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has stepped down as chairman of the country's ruling party, Amanat (Ancestors' Legacy), as part of the constitutional changes he says will allow for greater political diversity, RFE/RL's Kazakh Service reported.
