KABUL — In reaction to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) leaders’ statement in which they expressed concerns over the situation in Afghanistan, the Islamic Emirate (Taliban-led Afghan government) said there will be no threat to anyone from Afghan soil, Afghan broadcaster TOLOnews reported.
