ASTANA — Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev says his country plans to hold talks with Moscow regarding the massive influx of Russian citizens entering the country following the Kremlin's introduction of a partial military mobilization to support its war in Ukraine, RFE/RL's Kazakh Service reported.
