BISHKEK — The landslide victory of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in the November 20 early presidential elections in Kazakhstan was quite predictable and logical, Zainidin Kurmanov, a former speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament, who observed the vote at a Kazakh polling station on election day, told 24.kg news agency.
