Afghanistan: 16 million people in need of humanitarian aid, WFP says

KABUL (TCA) — More than 16 million Afghans are in serious need of humanitarian aid, said a spokesman for the World Food Program (WFP) in Afghanistan, adding that hunger and lack of food security are threatening half of the country’s population, Afghan broadcaster TOLOnews reported.
