ANKARA — On May 10, the first day of his two-day state visit to Turkey, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed a joint memorandum on the Enhanced Strategic Cooperation aimed to carry the Kazakh-Turkish cooperation to a higher level.
