Turkmenistan, Japan discuss expanding cooperation

ASHGABAT — From September 25 to October 1, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh (the upper house of the Parliament) of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov made a working trip to Japan, where he took part in the state funeral ceremony of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reported.
