Norwegian aid group says it cannot work without women in Afghanistan

KABUL — The Secretary General of the Norwegian Refugees Council, Jan Egeland, said on January 9 that without female staff, they cannot work and will not work in Afghanistan, Afghan broadcaster TOLOnews reported.
