MINSK, Belarus — The member states of the Russian-led Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will hold three military maneuvers in Belarus in 2023, the group's Secretary-General, Imangali Tasmagambetov, told reporters on February 13 after talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk, Belarus’ BelTA news agency reported.
