KABUL/TERMEZ — The Special Envoy of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan, Ismatulla Irgashev, on February 28 visited the United Nations World Food Programme’s (WFP) Logistics Hub in Termez, Uzbekistan to flag off construction of new warehouse facilities in the complex, WFP Afghanistan reported.
